Halloween has come and gone and the mid-term break is nearly over. Students around Ireland have been enjoying their short break, including our High Schools International exchange students.
Some of our HSI students decided to return home to their native countries for the week long holiday to reunite with family and friends as they recharge their batteries.
Then there were our students who opted to stay in Ireland for the week off and embrace their inner Halloween spirit by dressing up as ghosts and ghouls to go trick or treating with the friends they’ve made in Ireland.
Halloween is only for one night and the HSI students in Ireland have used their free time to learn even more about their surroundings. They’ve either immersed themselves further into their local Irish culture with the help of their Host Families and local friends.
Others have gone far and wide around the country with visiting family members to explore Ireland’s breath-taking scenery and natural tourist attractions, including the Cliffs of Moher.
Whatever our HSI students got up to while on their mid-term break, we hope they’ve enjoyed themselves and feel refreshed because it won’t be long now before Christmas is here.
