Hey, it’s me again,

How are things going? I know, it’s been a little more than a month this time, but a lot has

happened since the last time we talked I decided to come back home before the end of the programme, for purely academic reasons.

Because I think it will be better for me to do this. Don’t get me wrong, I loved there, it was amazing, I met so many amazing people, had some awesome experiences and I would say everyone should do this at least once in a lifetime.

It’s been a month since I got home, and apart from the school I’m missing the friends I have there, but I think that is part of the experience too.

Anyway, it was amazing, I do not regret going or coming back earlier because I think it was necessary.

Going through this changed me, and I think I’m better than I was before, I’m more independent, mature, extroverted and, I think that is the most important part, I made some amazing friends, that I think I’m going to have them for life.

Studying there helped me to decide what I want to do for university, and I don’t that wouldn’t have made the decision yet if I hadn’t studied there.

Being away from everything, and everyone that I know helped me to clear my mind and solve some problems that I had back in Brazil.

So in conclusion, if you ever are trying to decide if want or not to do a student exchange, do it, it’s amazing, I’m not going to lie, it can be though in the beginning, and you are sort of forced to grow up in certain aspects you didn’t need before.

For me it made me become a person I didn’t know I could be and that’s the best thing that happened because know I can say that I’m the best version of myself right now.

And I’m sure if you decide to do that you are going to come out a whole new person, and you are going to love it.

I know this one is briefer than the other ones, but I don’t have a lot to say apart from that.

So, I think that’s it. Hope you do well.

Best regards,

Beatriz
