Who the Resource Centre is For?

Our Partner Resource Centre is meant for HSI’s “Trusted Partners” - mainly agents, agencies, or organisations that collaborate with HSI to refer or support international students for placement in Irish schools.

HSI offers placements throughout Ireland with over 180 school partners and a network of local Student Advisers

If an agency isn’t yet a Trusted Partner, they can register via our Partnership Enquiry Form and, after meeting requirements, agreement and training, they can gain access.
What the Partner Resource Centre Provides
Once you have access, the Resource Centre gives partners a suite of tools and resources designed to help you operate effectively and attract quality students.

Downloadable brochures, posters, digital assets, fee tables and more, to help agencies promote HSI’s offerings and recruit students.

Training Resources
Access to webinars, guides, and training sessions so partners understand our processes, school network, and how to appropriately support students.

Support Tools
Including a “Schools Finder” tool, integrated with our Enquiry/Pre-Application form, which helps match students with the best-fit high school in Ireland; also online application forms to streamline student placement and applications.

Regular Updates & Communications
Partners receive news, updates about programs, school availability, industry trends, helping them stay informed and competitive.

How to Access the Partner Resource Centre

Agencies interested in joining must complete the Partnership Enquiry form on this page of our website.

You will be asked to complete a Partner Registration Form including company information and a reference check.

Once accepted as a “Trusted Partner,” you will be invited to to sign up for the Resource Centre.

There’s an email confirmation step and then approval, usually within 1 working day, after which you will be able to log in.
