HSI Program Inclusions
We try to include everything you might need while you are on the programme in the country of your choice. Please contact the local HSI office for more specific country inclusions and exclusions.
So what do we include in your programme?
In the school, All of our programmes include:
- Selection of a suitable school
- Standard school tuition fees
- Placement & Registration in a selected High School
- Final school transcripts and Ministry of Education documentation
Our counselling & support services include:
- Assistance and support of your HSI Adviser
- Monthly progress reports
- Local orientation upon arrival
- Emergency telephone contact 24/7
- Assistance with Visa application
- First and Final transfers
- Assistance with other transfers
- Accommodation in a carefully selected host family or residence (Not all programmes, please inquire)
Our Boarding accommodation includes:
- Dormitory accommodation
- Full board
- Family accommodation during official school closures (mid-terms, long weekends)
Our Homestay Accommodation includes:
- Single room family accommodation
- Monday – Friday, half board (lunch not included) (in selected programmes only)
- Saturday & Sunday, full board
- Access to all house facilities
- A warm, friendly environment
Of course there are some things that we cannot include. These are:
- Travel to and from the country
- Local travel and transportation
- Transfer costs for mid-term, weekend and other travel except first and last transfers
- Accommodation during Christmas and Easter holiday periods (Accommodation for Christmas is included in the Australia program only)
- School uniform / text books& other extras, e.g. extra English lessons, trips, stationary, additional uniform items, books, state examination fees, etc (Not all programmes, please inquire)
- Required Boarding school equipment (duvet, linen, towels, etc) (Not all programmes, please inquire)
- Private travel and medical insurance (Medical insurance is compulsory and included in Australia programmes)
- Fees for obtaining study or re-entry visas
- Pocket money
- High School Orientation Programme
