Student Advisers

Your son/daughter will be assigned a local Student Adviser who will be their key contact to support and guide them throughout the programme.  All of our student advisers are experienced in education and student exchange.  They know the schools where your son/daughter will study and the communities where they will live.  They have been trained by our local office staff, and will maintain regular contact with your son/daughter's school and host family.

On Arrival

To put your mind at ease, when your son/daughter first arrives at their desination we will arrange for them to be met at the airport and safely tranferred to their school or host family.  Shortly after arrival they will have an initial orientation session and will meet with their student adviser who will be their friend and contact throughout their.

Care and Attention

In addition to our student advisers, our national offices will be available to support and guide your child throughout their programme.  Our friendly and experienced staff are committed to providing the highest level of service to you, your child and your local agent, in order to ensure they have a successful and happy experience.

In addition to the services provided by HSI you will also have the full support from your Regional Agent.
